Strickland Sweeps at Summer Sizzler

Strickland won both regional points races at the recent Summer Sizzler event. The SCCA regional event was held at MSR Houston and included two qualifiers, two qualifying races and two regional races all in one day. There were 11 Spec Racer Ford Gen3s racing in each event.

Strickland was pole for both races by winning not only both qualifiers but by also winning both qualifying races.

The MSR Houston track was well over 100 degrees so the races became not only an event of talent but also physical endurance. These wins currently put Strickland at #1 in points for Southwest Division SRF and #5 in points for SRF3.
