Great weekend for Strickland at Texas World Speedway

The 2017 Lone Star Grand Prix was held at Texas World Speedway May 27th and 28th. Strickland raced both an SRF3 and a Formula Mazda. The Formula Mazda was prepared by Hillenburg Motorsports and it was a success with two 3rd place podiums. In the SRF races Strickland had the podium Saturday went back to 4th then after a restart was able to win the race. Sunday's race started in P2 and after a hard fought battle Strickland ended up 4th.
