An Almost National Championship podium

Racing in the Formula Enterprise at VIR for the SCCA National Championship Runoffs Strickland was in a pouring rain and starting 6th. On the very first lap Strickland made his way to 2nd place by Oak tree turn only to be passed on the straight. As Strickland was passing the 2nd place car at the end of the straight the two got tangled up and the race was over. Try again next year!
